Last week, there were two anti-nuclear power plants protests in Tokyo. One of them was held in Setagaya on May 5th. It was Japan’s Children’s Day and a national holiday. Here’s the pictures by a photojournalist Munesuke Yamamoto.

The sign says "Goodbye nuclear power plants. Energy shift energy now."

(The sign reads)"Life or nuclear power plants?" Despite showers, many citizens who were seriously worried about the situation in Japan gathered in Shibuya. But, they were divided into small groups by the police from the beginning (of the march).
"Exit from nuclear power plants", "NO NUKES"
"Help fishes!"
"We no longer be fooled."
The police stopped a group of protesters as if they targeted the group. At Jingumae Crossing.
